Enthuza Cycles keeps tracking to a minimum. This page explains what we measure and the choices you have.

Visitor counts (always on, cookieless)

To know roughly how many people visit the site, we count unique visitors using a daily-rotating, one-way hash of your IP address and browser. This uses no cookies and no third-party services — the count lives on our own server and the hash can't be traced back to you. Known crawlers and staff pageviews are excluded.

Google Analytics (only if you opt in)

To understand how the reservation flow is used — where people start, get stuck, or complete a booking — we can use Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics sets cookies and shares usage data with Google, so we only enable it after you accept on the consent banner. If you decline, we keep only the cookieless visitor count above. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser.

We never collect online payment details here — payment is taken in person at pickup.

Meta Pixel & advertising (only if you opt in)

Because most visitors find us through Facebook and Instagram ads, we can use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure which ads lead to reservations and to reach similar riders. This shares limited data with Meta — page views, and when you book, a one-way hashed version of your email and phone for ad matching (Meta can't read the originals). It runs only after you accept on the consent banner — the same opt-in as Google Analytics. Decline and none of it loads.
